Premiere: Guti & Del Fonda – A Business Woman [Boogeyman]

Long time underground mainstay Guti brings his class to a new release on the ever more crucial Boogeyman label, with one tune featuring Del Fonda.

Guti has been cooking up percussive, hypnotic and minimal grooves for many years. The Argentinian live artist has a signature sound that is deft in design and comes on top labels from Crosstown Rebels to Cuttin’ Headz to Desolat. A man who has toured the world many times at some of dance music’s most esteemed venues, here he shows his class across two more fresh cuts that are sure to be recognised to high acclaim once more.

Surprise is a bubbling track full of life – the vocals are well treated and pepper the groove with their own rhythmic effect. Synths pan about the mix to bring more dynamics and the bassline rolls below to lock in the floor. It’s as fresh as house music gets.
