PREMIERE: Wittgenstein – Simply Stop Looking [Frame Music]

German House and techno rising talent Wittgenstein (DE) explores a cultured fusion of sounds next on London based label Frame Music. As well as having an ingrained ear for club beats, he was also a student of music technology so produces music for film, and experimental sound design. He’s a resident at LEGAL in Munich, and has been a musician from a very young age.

Deep Drive is a gorgeous minimal house cut that pairs hefty drums with much more light, tender piano chords and wispy melodies that float up out of the mix.

Simply Stop Looking has more edge and bite, with textured drums and dense layers of percussion and wiry synths that pair the organic and the synthetic perfectly. Closer Third World Girl brings dark spoken words to twitchy, twanging electronics and a haunting groove that explores unknown terrain.

This is a classy EP with different moods for different moments in the night.
