Premiere: Futura, Farid Odilbekov – Cognac (Matpri Remix) [Svoboda After]

‘Cognac’ is a five-track EP on the SVOBODA imprint which pulls out the best of Minimal/Deep Tech moods, featuring two originals delivered by Futura together with Farid Odilbekov, as well as three remixes that follow the main tracks. The title track provides deep tribalistic, ambient house methods through the mix, bringing an Indian vibe to the speakers. Matpri takes it to a new level by completely reshuffling the original track. The result is a marvellous deep-house feet-shaker. Ilya Dubrovin Remix fulfils the palette with his interpretation of the main cut. ‘2’ is the title of the second track within this ep, serving up a slick tune full of rolling deep vibes laced with squelchy chords, pumping bassline, and infectious percussive rhythms than rounded off by remix from Truvor.
